Shirt dress refashion

Well, not really a proper refashion , more an alteration! I got this dress from my Mum, she didn't like it on her so I got it to do something with (no one throws anything out in my family without offering me it first!!)
It started like this:
I have all my clothes on underneath, it was quite big!


I removed the sleeves then took in the sides



then I put the sleeves back on in the correct position and shortened it a bit.


This is it now, not the most flattering photo but you get the idea! I must get a better belt though, need to try and create a waist somehow!!
