We have the beginings of a glut of courgettes in the garden so, after a quick search on pinterest, I decided that brownies were the answer - why go savoury when you can make cake!
I used this recipe, and it looked terrible as I put it in the tin, but the brownies are really nice, although I don't think my courgettes were grated finley enough,
there are still large ish green bits in them!
Next on my courgette recipe list is courgette chocolate cake then courgette bread. I might then do a savoury dish :) You can see the recipes on my pinterest board!
